In 2008 I fell in love with the Whitsundays and officially moved the business to Airlie Beach in 2011. Since then, Airlie Beach has been my home!

Alana joined the team in 2021 from the beautiful Sunshine Coast. Alana brings with her 4 years of photography experience and a smile and personality you will love. Her skill and style matches Brooke’s to a tee, you won’t be able to tell the difference!
With clients across many industries we have a huge range of experience, from wedding photography and family portraiture, but also high end property, tourism, food, marketing, aerial, underwater and commercial photography.
Brooke Miles Photography was established in 2004, by me, Brooke Miles! (Well I got married so I also go by Brooke Ogden now!!!)
Anyhoo! Here is my story...
I have been involved in the photographic industry for much longer, starting at 16 years old which gave me some early film experience. I spent my 20's working the business in Perth, and chasing the sun for several winters; not being a fan of the cold weather!
Brooke Miles Photography specialises in wedding, tourism, and commercial photography. I am lucky to create images for the likes of Daydream Island, Abell Point Marina, Hayman Island, and Tourism Whitsundays, to name a few.
I also shoot approx 60 weddings each year!
In 2015, I took an opportunity to move from my home studio to a beautiful, custom-designed photography studio on the beachfront overlooking the Coral Sea. #goodmove!
The studio and office is located above Fat Frog Cafe, which has amazing food and great coffee FYI!
Venturing Above, Below, and Beyond
‘Brooke Miles Photography’ and ‘Above and Below Gallery’ now operate beautifully side by side. Allowing this one very happy photographer to continue living my dream, whilst helping my clients achieve their goals.
In 2017, I founded a new brand and gallery, Above and Below Gallery. Providing art buyers, shoppers, and tourists fine art prints in a range of mediums, along with small gifts and souvenirs. In 2019, the ‘Brooke Miles’ brand went wholesale and these products are now found in stores along the Queensland coast, as well as the flagship store in Airlie Beach.
